The ChCon Badge 2025 pushes the boundaries of embedded systems by running a complete Minecraft 1.21.4 server on an ESP32-C3 microcontroller. Features 24 programmable WS2812 RGB LEDs with 15 animation modes, a stack-based virtual machine for custom LED patterns, 128x64 OLED display with 3D graphics and rotating Minecraft grass block, WebSocket implementation from scratch, and three progressive CTF challenges. All implemented in bare-metal Rust without an operating system.
